Who does what
Bosso manufactures the hardware and builds the app. Ohm Sweet Ohm is the independent authorized dealer that designs, installs, services, and handles local warranty conversations.
Lights and track
The system uses individually addressable one-PC lights in low-profile aluminum track. There are three profiles: U Track, Back Track, and Flap Track. Track is custom color-matched from 15+ colors. Each light is ARGBW, with 72 lumens and a dedicated white diode.
Controller and zones
A controller supports up to 4,000 LEDs and up to 8 zones. Up to 4 controllers can be linked to one app account. The controller is typically installed in the garage and can be placed elsewhere with strong Wi-Fi.
App and integrations
Bosso Lights runs on iOS and Android. It includes presets, custom scenes, schedules, sunrise and sunset timers, geofencing, music sync, AI voice or text requests, and integrations with Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, and Control4. The app is free with no subscription.
Warranty and maintenance
Bosso publishes 5-year parts and 1-year labor. The manufacturer says repairs are rare but homeowners should expect a few repairs over 20–30 years of use. Ohm Sweet Ohm backs every installation with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
